Hata bildirirken
Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, oyun sürümü ve soruna gelmeden önce yaptığın adımları yazabilirsin. Şifre, kimlik belgesi veya ödeme bilgisi gönderme. Kayıt dosyanı göndermen gerekmez; ek bilgi gerekirse önce açıklayacağız.
Reklam veya coin bonusu
Reklam çıkmıyorsa oyuna devam edebilirsin. Bonus, reklamın tamamlandığı doğrulandıktan sonra uygun dalış için bir kez verilir. Kayıt hatası görürsen oyundaki “Tekrar dene” seçeneğini kullan. Reklamları kapatmak veya gizlilik tercihini değiştirmek için Ayarlar → Gizlilik / Lisanslar bölümünü aç.

Email info@shortmoxagency.com.tr with your device model, OS, game version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment information. You do not need to attach a save file.
If no ad is available, continue playing normally. A completed ad grants the eligible bonus once. For a save error, use Retry in the game. Ad preferences and available privacy choices are in Settings → Privacy / Licenses.
